By accessing or using PlaxPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of a minor (your child), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor's use of the App under your supervision.

PlaxPlan offers both free and premium subscription options:
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store's terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the PlaxPlan App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of PlaxPlan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.
PlaxPlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlaxPlan and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
